* The Program Committee (PC) exists to serve volunteers and listeners by accepting and evaluating proposals for new programs; regulating on-air schedules; accepting and implementing, when appropriate, members and listener feedback; create and amend programming policies when needed. It shall have no more than five (5) members with one serving as chairperson.
* New program proposals must be submitted in writing. If accepted, a pilot may be produced through Lobo Growl (LG) for further consideration. Some changes may be required by PC. Self-produced pilots may also be submitted with or after the written proposal. Submissions will be considered in a timely manner and potential producers given a definitive response.
* The Program Director, with the PC when necessary, will schedule program times in accordance with its content, existing schedule, and programmer’s needs. Programs may be aired pre-recorded, live, or both.
* Programmer must currently enrolled as a UNM student or dis-enrolled for no more than 3 months.
* PC meetings are open to its members and officers. LG volunteers and members of the general public are allowed by invitation only. Meeting minutes will be recorded and submitted to the Board.
* LG strives to use the latest audio technology for maximum quality of its on-air sound.
* The following forms of content are deemed inappropriate for LG and are not allowed:

* All programs are for audio production only. Links to video streams (e.g. You Tube) and programmers’ personal website may be included on schedule descriptions
* All public service announcements shall be pre-recorded and of special interest to UNM students. All other announcements are to be aired according to programmers’ discretion.
* Programmers are expected to help with on-air fund-raising whenever possible and within reasonable limits. This generally requires reminding listeners how they can donate to LG.
* Engineering assistance may be sought and utilized from non-members.
* All programmers will be trained in basics of using audio equipment.
